Time: Noon - 2pm

Mini Camp DESCRIPTION

Train with NCR instructors and learn skills to enhance your karate training. Kata and kumite skills to be covered in the session.

Kata skills:
1- Form; proper stances (all stances), all blocks, punches&strikes, kicks
2- Transition; moving (changing) stances, turning, jumping, purpose of arms, coiling (arms and kicks)
Kumite skills:
1- Proper distance; shifting, stepping, punching, kicking

2- Proper target; seeing, committing, executing (for all arms and legs) techniques
