SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
The NCR Technical Committee will be hosting a mini-seminar for all levels from Noon - 2 pm at the SKM dojo. The seminar will focus on the body dynamics, power, form and transition in your kata training and get ready for your next rank examination and up coming UMN Spring tournament on March 29.
