SEMINAR DESCRIPTION

The NCR Technical Committee will be hosting a mini-seminar for all levels from Noon - 2 pm at the SKM dojo. The seminar will focus on the body dynamics, power, form and transition. Sharpen your kumite on initiation, timing, distance for general skill improvement, your next test, or the upcoming Shiai! Students will work on various timing drills and receive expert feedback.
